Return Policy

  • Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the conditions under our RETURN policy.

  • Incorrect size or product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email. Please check FAQs for more information.

  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph/video this as soon as you have opened the packaging.

  • Please note customized orders are not eligible for returns.

  • If your purchase doesn’t meet our return criteria still feel free to reach us for more information. We’ll be happy to hear from you. You may contact us via email at goodgraciousgrief@gmail.com or call our customer care at +919871487143 from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48-72 working hours.

  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery to raise the exchange or return request with the following information: -Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item to our email or WhatsApp on the mobile number provided.

  • We don’t offer reverse pick-up. Please ensure that you send the product back to us through a reliable courier service. Your return must be unused, unworn and the original tags are intact. We can arrange a pick-up at an additional courier cost.

  • Once the unused product is received at our end, our team conducts a quality check, we will issue you a Credit/Exchange note (after deducting the applicable Shipping Charges).

  • You can then use the Credit/Exchange note to place a new order and choose the correct size. 

  • If your purchase is eligible for a free return or exchange as explained above, the Credit/Exchange note will also include the proportionate Shipping Charges. Proportionate shipping will be refunded in the form of a Credit/Exchange note only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product.

  • Please note that size exchanges will not be possible if the product is purchased during a period of Special/Voucher/Discount pricing.

  • Replacements will be offered based on the availability of the product. If we don't have the replacement product, we'll be happy to offer you a Credit/Exchange note to be used in our Online Store.

  • We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same.
