  • All information, products, and services displayed on website constitute an invitation to offer. Your order for purchase constitutes your offer which shall be subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Good Gracious Grief! has the right to accept or reject your offer without assigning any
    reason thereof. In order to use website that belongs to Good Gracious Grief!, you have to accept the following terms and conditions given below. Good Gracious Grief! reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify These terms and conditions at any time.

  • You are therefore advised to read carefully these terms and conditions every time you use this website.

  • Our products come in varied colours and designs and we have made every effort to display the colour of our products that appear on the site as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be accurate.

  • Good Gracious Grief! shall not be responsible for any damage suffered by the customer from the use of the product or services. This, without limitation, includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act/omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, commission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, behaviour or under any other cause of action.

  • The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Good Gracious Grief!.

  • Request for cancellations of orders once placed shall be entertained as per the cancellation policy only. You are requested to immediately mail us at or call us at +919871487143 along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

  • Good Gracious Grief! may automatically cancel your order if our team finds that payments have not been received. You will get an email notification when we cancel the order.

  • reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The payment shall be refunded and the customer shall be informed of the same.

  • If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by Good Gracious Grief! for re-delivery shall be claimed from the Customer placing the order.

  • The customer agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the customer at any point of time. If any such customer details are found not to be true wholly or partly, Good Gracious Grief! has the right in its sole discretion to reject the customer and disallow them from using the services without prior intimation whatsoever.

  •  Good Gracious Grief! will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the customer and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on the customer. The customer must exclusively use their own card on the site.

  • Good Gracious Grief! shall not entertain any complaints after 48 hours, once the order is delivered.

  • This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India and shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.



You can place orders using Paypal, debit card/credit card/internet banking/UPI or wallets. We are using popular payment gateway systems like Razorpay & Instamojo also.

Issues with Payment:

a. Payment Failure

  • Payments could fail due to a network or balance issue, we’ll send you an e-mail to notify you of the payment failure.

  • Note: If your payment is debited from your account even after a payment failure, then don’t worry it will be credited back within 7-10 days after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

b. Payment Pending
A pending payment message could also be received due to following reasons:

  • Payment confirmation pending: If the payment has been made using net banking, we may be awaiting the bank’s confirmation. This process may take some time. In the meantime, you may contact your bank.

  • The problem in contacting your bank or card may cause a delay. If so, you will receive an e-mail from us.

  • Incomplete payment: If at any time your initial payment attempt was unsuccessful, the payment might stay in the pending stage. In that case please retry to pay again once you go to ”CHECKOUT” when you receive an email from us so that we can process your order immediately.

  • Note: If your payment continues to be in process, you will see a “We haven’t received payment confirmation from your bank or credit card yet”. In such cases, do not attempt paying a second time unless you’re sure that your payment failed.

  • If you mistakenly pay double, we’ll refund your extra payment within a few days.
