Shipping Policy

Total shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Charges are based on the final weight and volume of the package to be delivered.
Ready-to-ship items are usually delivered within 10-20 business days to reach you.
Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
To qualify for free shipping, your product should be total after any discount should be above Rs. 2400. or equivalent in foreign currency.
Any part cancellation of the order may incur shipping charges on the balance order.
Once the order is shipped, we’ll send tracking details to your given mail address and phone.

Orders are processed from the respective manufacturing facilities we have tied up with.
Customized orders do not guarantee any returns.

COURIER:
Depending upon the location of the buyer, we choose the best courier services, and hence we have collaborated with a few branded and reputed logistics companies with us.
Undeliverable Packages: For the orders which are returned to us as undelivered, the customer will have to pay a delivery charge to get the product delivered again. If the parcel is not received, you may write to us at goodgraciousgrief@gmail.com
